Most of are leading extremely sedentary lifestyles, results in overweight and numerous health problems. By walking for just thirty minutes a day, every day, we can lose weight, reduce our risk of heart disease and diabetes, and have a much better quality of life.
Walking makes you feel better and think more easily because of the circulation of blood to the brain. You may want to get a pedometer to measure your steps each day, or else walk for a specific amount of time. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, made mostly of cotton, and get shoes that will support your foot well. If it is sunny where you live, make sure to wear sunglasses to protect your eyes.
