I have officially started the Bill Phillips Body For Life program. Today is Day 3 and I am getting used to the routine. I get up around 6 in the morning and let my dogs out first. Then I ride my Lifecycle stationary bike for 20 minutes. This will increase to 30 minutes during the second week. Then I eat oatmeal with blueberries and strawberries. The idea is to do your aerobic exercise first and then eat.
Today I wrote for about two hours and then went to the gym to do some weight work. Again, I did this after I had not eaten for three hours to burn more fat. I will adjust my schedule so that I go to the gym three times a week and ride my exercise bike six or seven mornings each week. I also walk at some point during the day.
