Now that a month has passed since starting my diet I am at the point where it is very boring. I eat the same thing every day and now I am ready for a change. I have decided to switch to a low calorie diet for the next couple of weeks. This will allow for more variety in my diet, while still maintaining a healthy eating routine.
I continue to exercise first thing every morning for about forty minutes. I do this before eating in order to burn more fat. I have lost about 25 pounds and my clothes are beginning to feel very loose. It is a good feeling and reinforces my hard work during these past few weeks.
I have only eaten salmon about once a week during this time. Other than that I am staying on a plant based diet. While I am on the low calorie diet I will again eat some white flour and dairy products to have a break from eating the same foods every day.
