Eating healthy food is important, whether you are losing weight or just maintaining your current physical condition. Today I will be juicing again. I use about 5 pounds of carrots, 5 pounds of apples, and add 2 small beets. The juice gives me many vitamins and minerals that I wouldn't otherwise be getting, all in their natural form. The beets are great for cleansing your liver. I will drink this juice over the next two to three days. I find that I do not crave sugar or carbohydrates when I drink juice regularly.
