- Maintain your regular exercise routine during this time. Even if it is just walking, regular exercise will always make you feel more like yourself.
- Don't go to a party or other social gathering on an empty stomach. eat a little something before you go and you will be less likely to overeat when you are with other people.
- Watch your alcohol consumption. Drinking too much will make it more likely that you will eat more. You will also be more tired the following day and be more likely not to exercise.
- Drink lots of water. Water will flush out at least some of the toxins that accumulate in your cells.
