Because this yoga can be intense you will need to prepare for your class. After locating a facility that offers Bikram Yoga you need to prepare your body by drinking two liters of water per day. Start drinking water one week before you start, especially if you are not use to drinking that much water every day. If you drink soda, coffee, tea, or other drinks that contain cafffeine you need to stop for several reasons. The first reason is because water is better for your body.
